  • Refund requests will only be considered within 7 days from the date of registration.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the student must submit the request within the 7-day refund window.
    Important Note
    • No refund will be provided once the batch has commenced, irrespective of the student’s attendance or participation.
    • No refund will be provided once access to the learning materials, learning platform, or any other course-related resources has been granted to the student.
    • Any refund request submitted after the commencement of the batch will not be eligible for consideration.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, students must email support@isdclearning.co.uk within 7 days of registration .
  • The request should include the student’s full name, email address, course name, and reason for the refund request.

Refund Approval

  • Refund requests are subject to review and approval based on compliance with the above policy.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing timeline.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain services may not be eligible for a refund. These will be clearly indicated at the time of enrollment.

Course Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to cancel a course or service. In such cases, participants will be notified, and a full refund will be provided.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If your refund has not been processed within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account first.
  • If the issue persists, contact your credit card company or bank before reaching out to us.
